Coordinating with on-site team every step of the way.

Expediting completion of energy conservation measures (ECM).

Providing client with status reports as needed.

Coordinating and organizing all material deliveries.

Coordinating and organizing the removal and recycling of used items with proper documentation.

Providing an overall summary of total savings calculations with all supporting documentation.

Providing an “As-Built Document” at the end of the project which includes the following:

• Warranty information on all products used.

• Recycling certificates on all products recycled.

• Product specification sheets on all products used.

• Summary of the entire project.

Providing a point of contact at the end of the project for any additional support needed.
